UPDATE: Public consultation for the Port of Bundaberg Land Use Plan closed on 7 August 2020.
The submissions received have been reviewed and the amended plan has been submitted for Ministerial approval.
Gladstone Ports Corporation (GPC) is readying itself to take full advantage of the future with the release of its 50-year Precinct Outlook for the key industry and trade precinct of Port Central.
The Precinct Outlook will harness the opportunities offered by the next wave of globalisation, new energy and new technology over the next 50 years and provides a vision for our business to work towards. We believe long-term planning is key to unlocking the economic potential and GPC is proud of our position in the community to create prosperity for the region.
It should also be noted that this document complements, but is separate to, the statutory Port of Gladstone Land Use Plan (LUP), which regulates land uses and development on Strategic Port Land.
